Dr. André B. Bondi receives the Computer Measurement Group’s 2016 A. A. Michelson Award
In November 2016, Dr. Bondi received the Computer Measurement Group’s prestigious A. A. Michelson Award for his work on performance issues in several problem domains, including rail, data analytics, telecommunications, conveyor systems, web-based financial systems, building surveillance and management, telecommunications operations support systems, and network management. Dr. Bondi is chairing the third Workshop on Challenges in Performance Methods for Software Development. It will take place in conjunction with ICPE 2017, the International Conference on Performance Engineering. Dr. Bondi will describe his experience teaching performance engineering in industrial and academic settings at WEPPE2017, another workshop at ICPE2017.
